About the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra


Our mission is to make music instruction and ensemble playing available to all, thereby developing character and sense of community.

The Metropolitan Youth Orchestras of Central Alabama, a 501 (c) 3 organization, was incorporated on June 15, 2007. All donations are tax deductible. (Click here for a copy of the 501(c)3 determination letter.)

The Scrollworks Youth Music School began on February 16, 2008.
